Because most of our products are food-related, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, tasted, consumed, or have the potential to become evidence of return fraud. However, an item is damaged, we will replace that based on your fraud-risk-score.
If you want to make changes to your order, you have two hours to make changes to your order after making your purchase. Any orders after two-hours have already been sent for processing.
We operate and self-police using an honor system. Frequent customers or "regulars" are not subject to this policy and are subject to terms we'll agree on over email.
***MELTED POLICY***
Because some of our products contain chocolate, these items are very sensitive to temperature. How we combat this is to send your order in a box that is designed to keep it's contents at a stable temperature (cold). Since we utilize ice-packs and other packaging materials, we decided to only sell chocolate in bulk orders. Some of our mushroom chocolate comes in packs of 6 but mostly packs of 10. Since we go out of our way to prepare this order to arrive proper, any orders that are disputed or requested to be returned will be subject to insurance by the carrier.
